The nearest National Rail station, High Brooms is a few minutes walk from my base. This station stop is on the Tunbridge Wells and Hastings train line with a regular service from London Charing Cross (journey time about 50 minutes), Waterloo East and London Bridge (journey time about 45 minutes). Local buses connect to Brighton, East Grinstead, Forest Row, Crawley, Eastbourne, Bromley and many more places in the surrounding counties of East Sussex, West Sussex and Surrey. If you are driving the A26 and A21 are nearby.

The local Town bus 281, runs from Rusthall via Royal Tunbridge Wells to High Brooms, and stops about 5 minutes walk away and if you are driving, Clifton Road is located a short distance from the junction of Sandhurst Road and Upper Grosvenor Road. There are no parking restrictions in Clifton Road, except on the corners.
